1. Service Description

PartnerPro provides digital and automation solutions, including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered messaging automation

  • CRM & workflow automation

  • Website design & hosting service

  • Internal business process automation

  • System setup, training & support

  • Branding, digital integration & consultation

Services may evolve or be modified at any time without prior notice.


2. No Guarantees / Business Results Disclaimer

While we aim to improve your digital presence and automation efficiency, we do not guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue increases

  • Lead or sales growth

  • Customer behavior or satisfaction

  • Guaranteed system uptime (for external 3rd-party systems)

  • Performance changes on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.

Results depend on your business model, product, pricing, competition, internal workflows, and client behavior.


3. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information required for service execution

  • Supply necessary content, access, and feedback in a timely manner

  • Ensure legal compliance of their business activities

  • Maintain secure access and passwords to any systems provided

  • Not use our Services for illegal or harmful purposes

Delays caused by the Client are not the responsibility of PartnerPro.


4. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid according to agreed pricing or subscription plans

  • Subscription services are billed monthly or annually

  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension

  • No refunds for already delivered work, setup fees, or subscription periods

  • Discounts, promotions, or special rates may be withdrawn at any time

For website services:

  • Annual hosting & maintenance payment is required to keep the website active

  • Upon non-payment, website hosting may be terminated and files removed


5. No Refunds Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription fees

  • Setup fees

  • Custom development work

  • Digital assets (website, chatbot, automations)

  • Training sessions

  • Consultation fees

We guarantee service delivery — not results.


6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems, workflows, code, AI logic, and automation structures created by PartnerPro remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Client receives rights to use the solution during active subscription.

The Client may not:

  • Copy or replicate our technology

  • Reverse engineer our workflows

  • Sell or redistribute our systems

  • Claim ownership over our automation logic

All branding and content provided by Client remains Client property.


7. Third-Party Platforms & Services

PartnerPro uses technology and integrations that may involve third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, WhatsApp, Google, Meta, hosting providers, automation tools).

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages

  • Platform changes or limitations

  • API restrictions

  • Changes in pricing or access rules

  • Suspensions caused by third-party providers

Client must comply with all applicable 3rd-party policies.


8. System Availability & Support

We strive for high uptime and continuous support, however:

  • Temporary service interruptions may occur

  • We are not liable for downtime or data loss

  • Support is provided within reasonable business hours unless a premium support plan exists

Emergency support may incur fees.


9. Confidentiality

We respect confidentiality of information shared by the Client.
Likewise, the Client agrees not to disclose proprietary information, processes, or internal business systems used by PartnerPro.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartnerPro, its founders, and team shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of data

  • Reputational damages

  • Third-party service failures

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the previous 30 days.


11. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is overdue

  • Client engages in abusive or fraudulent activity

  • Client violates terms or fails to provide required cooperation

  • Client uses systems for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes

Upon termination, access to systems and files may be revoked.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site and services means you accept the latest version.
